“Beautiful place with service-minded staff in quiet area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2010

Stayed at Villa Venezia with family of four, for 10 days in november 2010. Location in a very quiet area in the Island District in Ft.Lauderdale. Nice appartments, just redecorated in different themes for every appartment. The whole facility is very well maintained and staff present almost at all times, very serviceminded and helpful. Cleanliness and room caretaking is one of the best we have experienced in US so far.
Kitchen very well equipped. Pool area was clean and nicely equipped with sun chairs.
Location is spectacular in the channels, and very easy to find and access by car.

“Stunning Villa Venezia”

Villa Venezia doesn't disappoint. We went with the highest expectations and it delivered at every level. Our two bedroomed deluxe apartment, Santa fe, accommodated our every need. The stunning views of the water ways meant you need not move from the balcony or pool area. When we did venture out it was only a short walk to the beach or Las Olas boulevard where there are plenty of places to eat. We all hope to visit Villa Venezia again!

“Most relaxing place we've ever stayed!”

We stumbled upon this lovely villa by chance and came to love it. We spent about 3 weeks in a 1BR luxury room and wish we could have just moved in. The owners, manager and staff could not have been more accommodating! We needed a hotel which had a boat slip and at Villa Venezia, our boat was right outside our door. The room/apartment had a beautiful, full kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals (including a BBQ grill on the patio poolside). It was so nice not to have to eat out for 3 weeks straight. You will not find a quieter, more comfortable place in Ft. Lauderdale. The charmingly decorated rooms and proximity to the waterway can't be beat and the service and staff are unparalleled in our worldwide travels to date. If we are in the area again, there is no question, this is THE PLACE to stay! Close to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Las Olas but far away from the spring break party crowd!

“fab location, paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 July 2009

I have just spent 6 nights at this location. The owners of the compelx had upgraded me to the one bedroom apartment on the bottom flloor. We had only booked a studio room, but some building work was taking place in the apartments upstairs so the owners moved us away from the work. The apartment was vey nice, bedroom and bed very big, if you are small like me you may have to jump onto the bed. The main room was very comfortable and felt like you were at home, at yourown holiday home. The first night we were the only people staying in the apartments. The swimming pool was warm and clean. The hotel is on one of the isles in fort lauderdale which is half way between the beach and the famous O las Boulvevard. You can hire bikes for the day to go the the beach. Fort Lauderdale is very flat so most people would not have any trouble cycling. Went down a couple of the isles to look a the massives houses. It ooked liked the set on Desperate Housewives. Great hotel and and great location. I could have stayed two weeks and look forward to another visit soon.
