Maybe my expectation was too high after reading all the good reviews from tripadvisor. Well after two nights I was not that impressed. It's not bad. And the location is good. And that's it.

Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable room, exceptionally helpful, friendly staff, good laundry facilities, Convenient to Biscayne Bay National Park and the Everglades National Park. Sonny Patel and his family were the very best hosts. The better than a Continental breakfast included eggs, muffins, sausage, and cheese slices for do-it-yourself breakfast sandwiches. We will definitely stay with them again when we are back in the area.

We were very pleased with our room and service. Internet was the best! Stayed with our small dog, very clean room considering it was a pet friendly motel. Had to be best so far. Sonny Patel could not do enough for us. Front desk staff wonderful. We will return.

Used room as base for three days two nights in Everglades National Park. Extremely convenient to Homestead entrance for first part of trip and the on last day, was less than one hour to drive to Shark Valley entrance to the Park. Room was fine. Price was excellent. Good Italian restaurant nearby where I got 10% discount. Would definitely stay here again.
