My Wife and I had a wonderfully romantic weekend staying at Hoyt House , Myrta and Deborah were the perfect Host's....Being from England and having stayed in many, many B&B's, I can say that Hoyt House is among the best I have stayed at.

The House was beautiful and historic, the food was amazing and their attention to detail outstanding...

Nothing was to much trouble and from the moment we arrived we felt like family and can not wait to return ...many, many times.

My husband and I love to travel and have stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts. The Hoyt House is the best one we have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully elegant offering old world charm and every modern convenience. The living area is perfect for relaxing and reading, the cozy bar starts the evening off beautifully, and the rooms ( each one unique) are perfection. The most engaging part of the experience was the warmth and attention offered by the owners/inn-keepers Deborah and Myrta; never intrusive but always "on-call" to make each guest feel welcome and transported to a very special place. And the Breakfast::: never enjoyed one more! This is a must for your travel plans; we can't wait to return to Amelia island and Hoyt House!

This B&B is perfectly located within walking distance off all historic town center sites. It is beautifully furnished and Innkeepers Debra and Myrta ensure their guests receive the very best in service and hospitality. It seemed every need and amenity has been anticipated. Evening cocktails (great Martini Debra!) and Breakfast are exceptional in presentation, service and gourmet quality. Afternoon Tea is an additional option and well worth the cost for such a memory. We can easily see why the Amelia Ritz Carlton partners with Hoyt House to provide exceptional guest experiences.

The property is beautiful, well maintainted, and perfectly located. Breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres are top-drawer. Myrta and Deborah are the most sociable B & B hosts we've met. We unconditionally recommend Hoyt House.
