We found the Williams House to be one of the best B and B's that we have ever stayed in. Deborah and Byron were fantastic hosts and very knowledgeable about local restaurants and activities. They had the inn decorated for Christmas and it was gorgeous. The breakfasts were incredible - after their breakfast I never want to see a "Breakfast Bar" at a 2 or 3 star again! We highly recommend the Williams House and look forward to returning for the annual Shrimp Festival this Spring.

The Williams House not only offers wonderful accommodations, an excellent location, and a great breakast; it has a warm and inviting staff. What a beautiful way to spend a weekend.

We spent only one night at the Williams house and were the only guests on that given mid week day. Nevertheless we very much enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the amenities of this beautiful historical home. Deborah and Byron are very gracious hosts and we enjoyed meeeting them both. The house was decorated just beautifully for the Chrismas Holidays and we enjoyed all of the beautiful Christmas trees and the myriad of lights through out the house. Truly a lovely sight and a very enjoyable stay if only for one night.My husband and I both enjoyed the respite from a very busy and hectic week prior to Christmas.

My husband and I spent our first anniversary at Williams House on Amelia Island. The house is historic, authentic, and absolutely beautiful. The B&B owners Deborah and Byron are very nice and have left out no detail. This is a great place to get away and relax. The grounds and garden are lovely. There are numerous porch areas to enjoy a good book. We stayed in Catherine's Room, which is also appropriately named the "wow" room. The room had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and shower with two shower heads. Needless to say, our stay included spending a little more time enjoying the room than we originally planned. The B&B is centrally located just a few blocks from Centre Street in Fernandina Beach. The breakfast was incredible. We hope to visit again soon.
