I have stayed here a number of times since July 2011. The staff have been pleasant and accomodating to me, especially the Asst. General Manager, Lloyd. The rooms are clean and well maintained for this bargain hotel. Disney and all the attractions are about 45 minutes away and Winter Park is just minutes away. Although I have heard complaints from others about the neighborhood I've never felt unsafe while staying here.The free breakfast is a little sparse in the fact that it is all carbohydrates except for the cream cheese for the bagels a protein like hard boiled eggs would be a nice addition. All in all, I'm very happy and will be returning whenever I'm in the area. They also are on the daily shuttle route for the new casino boat if you're interested in that kind of entertainment.

I stayed at this "hotel" recently and was appalled by the conditions. There were stains on the sheets, the air conditioning whined all night, the toilet felt like it was going to fall of the wall, my towels were stained. The bath tub was backed up. I called the front desk for a solid day before a gentleman answers the phone and spoke hardly any English, I told him what was wrong and I complained when I got home and was told, if it was so bad why did you stay 3 days, I guess their money grows on trees and you had already charged me.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel near Full Sail for 3 days so I could attend my son's graduation. Found this hotel on hotels.com for $51 per night including taxes and fees (but not including the 3.36 per night frig fee). My room was quiet, comfortable, and relatively clean - beds, sink, toilet, & tub fine, but could stand to have some yucky stains washed off walls behind desk, near tub, and in frig. Everything was in working order. Nice pool area that was well-maintained. Very friendly and helpful desk staff willing to rec'd local restaurants within walking distance (would give staff 5 stars). They loaned me ethernet cable to connect to internet and it worked perfectly.

We booked this hotel with the idea that we just needed a place to stay for a few days as we were attending my step-son's graduation. I did not expect much as we got a great price. When we arrived the front desk person was very polite and informative. Our check in was quick and we were able to go to our room immediately. The room was very clean and I was impressed with the size and the comfort. There was no strange odor that usually comes with some of these rooms.The room was quiet and I did not hear much from the other guests. The continental breakfast had fresh items on it and the dining area was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice,clean comfortable place to stay that isn't going take your paycheck to pay for it.
