We had a great stay at Sunburst Condos last summer. Gorgeous 2-bedroom condo (#112 Gulfside), spotlessly clean & very well-equipped, including wireless internet access, towels, beach chairs, & pretty much anything else you could think of! RIght on the beautiful quiet beach too - just across the boardwalk & you're there! Booking was easy with the helpful Manager Jim, & the sunsets........simply stunning! We all loved it. This was our 2nd vsit to Manasota Key, & it definitely won't be our last!!

We originally booked at McCarthy's down the road but we had to leave there after 1 night because it was so awful. My husband drove over to the Sunburst and the manager did everything he could to get us into a great unit even though we had no reservation. We were delighted with the size of the apartment. It was so clean and comfortable. The furnishings were newer and the kitchen updated. We enjoyed the pool, the fishing dock and walking the beach to collect shark teeth. We had one grandchild with us and she thought she was in heaven. She definitely did NOT want to leave but we pomised her we'd go back soon. And we will!

We just came back from Manasota Key after having stayed at the SunBurst Condos. What a great place. The complex has 26 rented units located on both the Gulf of Mexico and Lemon Bay Intracostral. They are individually owned units so each is decorated differently. We stayed in a one bedroom and the rest of our family in a two bedroom. They have 100 ft of private beach and a heated pool and fishing dock. My kids and parents loved it and we left feeling very relaxed and happy with our choice. The only thing we needed to bring was our food and clothing. Can't wait to go back next year!
