I want to say to Thomas the front desk guy, consider another position. He had the worst customer service skills. We got there about same time as some baseball team was checking in, thus quite a wait. I had a fax in hand, dated two months prior with our room confirmation, yet after we went to our room, we had room with only one king bed, not a problem, unless there were four of you! So we called to desk to ask for another room, and he says sorry All full, I asked what good the fax was and he said, sorry, roll of the dice to what rooms there are.. excuse me?
We also asked him to tell pizza delivery guy we were in fitness room, we come out and the guy is looking for us, he was yakking on the phone, as he had been when we went into fitness room, he wasn't listening to me apparently. I am thinking he will probably be fired by the time anyone else read this review..lol.
Hotel is located right under a highway overpass, so the pool area is a dull roar of traffic, small pool too. Rooms were nice enough and clean. Hotel is fairly new. Nice laundry facility.
If you do stay here, try to find a way to make sure your room is available. If you want to spend the day but the pool I wouldn't recommend it, too noisy. Short overnight stay would be ok, adequate continental breakfast.
