One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, wonderful views, great breakfast, and a Sunset/Dolphin boat tour that was to die for. Make sure if you go to this best western or even just to Dunedin, go to "slip 5" and see captain Jeff and Captain Matt, take a 2 hour sunset slash dolphin tour. Very inexpensive, and very entertaining. Can't wait to bring the whole family here. The dolphins were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the nicest best western i have ever been to. We planned on going to Honey Moon island which is an amazingly beautiful island only 10 minutes away from the Yacht Harbor Inn. We arrived very late and Aparna (i believe his name was) the Assistant Manager was soo helpful and nice to show us the different rooms, help us with our travel planning and telling us about all the different options right next to the hotels downtown area. He was right on with everything he recommended and we had a grand time. The restaurant on site is excellent with great food, service and amazing waterviews from where you eat. The rooms were suprisingly upscale, super clean and seemed to be newly renovated. All in all i was impressed and the staff was as friendly as in 5 star luxury resorts. Anybody planning to visit beautiful honey moon island i can highly recommend yacht habor in BW hotel, being right next to downtown able to walk everywhere makes this the prime location. I also enjoyed the little seafood market (for sandwiches and drinks) right across from the lobby at the harbor. All in all two thumbs up.

I would highly recomend this hotel when you are in the Dunedin Area. The location is excellent (by the water) and the treatment of the hotel staff was superb!! We made our reservation directly with the hotel and our rate included breakfast at the on property restaurant. I have to say what an incredible extra perk for our room, the breakfast was not the poor on lobby grab and go, it was a warm seat down breakfast at a waterfront restaurant!!!
 
We will be coming back to this delightful hotel in Dunedin since we have fell in love with the area!
 

We were promised rooms that were then sold out from under us. We had wanted to pay for the rooms in advance but were told not necessary, that the reservations alone was all that was needed. Because we were needing multiple rooms over a holiday weekend, 2 months before our scheduled stay, we stopped to actually pay the rooms even though we had been told not to. At that time we were told that the rooms weren't available and they could not find the "supposed" reservations. We were then offered lesser rooms for a higher rate. I don't know what kind of business that is, but we will never consider accomodations at any Best Western or affiliates in the future.
