Stayed there for a couple of nights before Christmas, booked the room with priority club points, was given a nice room in the back of the hotel, not inferior to any other standard room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, space is adequate. Hotel is quiet, even when a close-by outdoors bar two doors down the trail that passes behind the hotel is in full swing. Staff of the hotel are extra courteous and accommodating. All standard amenities are there. The breakfast is also similar to what is found in most places, nothing extraordinary but nothing missing as well. Main street of small town is two blocks away and accessible from aforementioned trail. Overall a great stay just a block from the water and would definitely recommend it for no hassle, problem free, quiet relaxing vacation.

Stayed 3 nights at the start of a trip. A great way to start! Super clean rooms and public areas. Good value buffet breakfast and as other reviewers have said very nice staff. Easy 5 minute walk to all the downtown restaurants and shops and direct access to the Pinellas Trail cycleway. A great bike rental place is just across the trail from the hotel, "Dunedin Cyclery", very helpful staff there as well.

Perfect place to stay at a reasonable price. The room was clean, the breakfast good (variety of choices: bagels/breads, yogurts, bananas, cereal, egg omelets, juices & hot drinks), the lobby & hang out area was comfortable. There's a pool & hot tub too. Best part was it is right next to the walk/bikeway that goes into town, so we were able to stroll down & check out the shops and restaurants.
