My husband and I spent 4 days at this property. We arrived after 4:00 PM, and were greeted at our front door hallway with an empty beer carton and dirty diaper. The elevator smelled, so we used the stairs. The floor was so dirty, and when walking from the living room to the bed room, my husband’s feet were black from dirt. I viewed the insides and immediately sent my husband to the store for Clorox and other cleaning supplies and spent several hours cleaning the condo. The condo has not been updated in years. The towel rack was broken, the closet door was broken. The mattress was cheap and hard, with no padding and very old bed covers. The good part was the view. So beautiful!

Found the condo to be very clean and kitchen well stocked with pots, pans,and ect.. Bed was good and general furnishing nice. Next time will look for higher numbers to be closer to stairs for pool and beach. Pool is on the small side, but o.k..Be advised if you use Best Beach Rentals they do not contract for beach chairs and umbrellas. Also Best Beach does not have their act together to find the condo. All in all visit was nice after labor day as no traffic. Be advised the condo is near to very big warehouse mall (Sandy Springs) the the wifes will enjoy. Wifi is not free. Water supply knob for tub fell off but fixed with multi tool.Washer and dryer in condo very handy. If kids are running in the unit above you, you will hear them.
