This property was amazing! I surprised my son with a trip here for his 10th birthday and everything was PERFECT! This condo had everything from flat screens TVs to the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. There are several pools on site with a zero entry pool for the younger kids and a heated pool that we enjoyed in January. The balcony was HUGE and my family of 5 had plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view and sound of the gulf. We stayed in a one bedroom condo and the bunk beds were a HUGE hit for my kids, ages 7, 10 and 12. The location was perfect and close to many shops and restaurants. At night, there was a band playing in the cafe downstairs. I would certainly recommended this condo to my family and friends and plan on returning in the future!

We found Ariel Dunes online. This was for an off-season trip with a small group of people. We were able to get a two bedroom condo suite with a view for $370 for the weekend including cleaning fees. The place sleeps 7 and includes a kitchen with appliances and cookware, a washer/dryer, two full bathrooms with shower and jacuzzi in the master bath. The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach which is across a two lane road. There was a noisy party a few floors above but with the doors shut it was completely silent. There are two huge pools to choose from and a full service bar and restaurant on the ground floor.

We were a little disappointed in our trip! The condo itself was very nice and clean. It slept 7 adults very comfortably. The biggest problem we had was that at 10pm they expect it to be totally silent. We actually had the cops called to our room to tell us to keep the noise down. As I said there were 7 Adults staying here, No children. There was no loud partying goin on, only friends sitting on the balcony talking. There are actually signs posted that say "quiet time 10pm to 10am". Seriously??? This is vacation people. The other thing we didn't like was the fact you had to take a short hike to the beach. Most of the ads say that you have to cross a small street to get to the beach. They don't mention you have to walk across your parking lot and then past another hotel and then a main road. I suggest you get up early and get a parking spot at the beach. Especially if you are taking chairs and icechests. So basically, if you are looking for a very Quiet condo then this is the place for you.

We booked this trip last minute on bookit.com. The price was very affordable and we got more than what we paid for in our opinion. There was plenty of room and it was a fully furnished condo. The building we stayed in was a very short walk from the beach. We got free chair rental on the beach everyday that we stayed and we utilized this feature everyday. There are several restaurants around within walking distance and parking is not an issue. I would reccommend Ariel Dunes for anyone headed to Destin.
