We have stayed here many times, condo 601, and we have enjoyed it every time. Perfect for a family trip, couples trip or a girls' trip. Plenty of room for at least 6 with a good kitchen and plenty of living spaces. It is in the perfect location close to shopping and many dining options. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Beach Manor and the views in room 701 are stunning over a wooded area and total unobstructed view toward the east beach. Very clean but plumbing could use some attention. Pools downstairs are very nice and not crowded. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach are pricey, but Walmart is very close to pick them up cheaply for your stay. Be sure to confirm exactly which building you will be staying in because the ones in the back (Tennis Village) do not really compared to the experience you will have in the beach front buildings. The upgrades are worth it! one last thing, Internet is free, just call the front and ask for your codes.

The condos are wonderful and the service was great from the check in to to shuttle service around the resort. The room was nice and clean very up to date, did not want to leave .The view on the patio was so beauty and just min from the beach. We will be back.

My wife's extended family goes to the Summit at the Tops'l every June and we always enjoy it. It's great for larger groups with lots of kids, plenty of things to do, swimming, tennis, etc., on site and there is good shopping and other activities not far away. Of course the beach there is great, not too crowded even during the summer months.
