I visited this hotel for my birthday. A friend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel for about $120 a piece. We had an awesome stay! The hotel location was everything a girl could dream for! We were close to the beach, shopping (The Silver Sands Outlet AND another outdoor mall), and a great Aveda spa (Fusion I think). I didn't really care for the staff too much (The lady that checked me in had a horrible attitude and they overcharged me for my breakfast twice.) but my interaction with them was limited to check in/out and breakfast. I slept really well and the bed was very comfortable. I had no issues with the room as far as noise. The room was also well cleaned; there were no traces that anyone else had ever even been in the room. I am planning another trip to San Destin and I plan to return to this hotel. I recommend it to anybody who wants to be close to pretty much everything San Destin has to offer!!

The nicest Courtyard I have stayed in. Modern, bright large rooms. Next to an upscale shopping mall with several eating options.

We spent two nights here on our way home from Disney World. They initially put us in an ADA room (105) which we thought was the reason for the size of the room. However, since my husband did not sleep well because of the noise from nearby exterior door they moved us up to a higher floor and we found the new room to be just as large and just as nice. This is a very nice hotel with great service and nice amenities. It's part of the Sandestin resort so you can come and go throughout the resort and utilize all the amenities - the restaurants in the village - the private beach access. We loved it. Last time we came here, we stayed at Luau which we loved but it was at least $50 more per night. The only negative might have been the product used to clean the carpets was a very strong smelling product which irritated my sinuses a bit.

We stayed at this property for a week in late September. It was not overly crowded on the weekdays. However, on the weekend a lot of people from Louisana & Alabama showed up, and pretty much took over the hotel & beach. It wasn't overwhelming...just noticeable.

The hotel was 'OK'. My husband has really sensitive allergies, and they flared up 10 minutes after being in our room. We didn't ask to move to another room because we had a great location (facing the golf course, towards the back of the hotel). We also felt that all of the rooms probably would irritate his allergies, so he just dealt with it.

Overall, the stay was nice, we hung out at the beach most days. Like others have stated, we had access to all of the amenities of the Sandestin property, and felt very much a part of the entire resort.
