We stayed in unit 110A in Crystal Sands West. The unit was well appointed and clean. The furniture is all newer and clean as well. This is a first floor unit with direct access to the beach.

The unit has a master suite with a very comfortable bed, a couch that is also a hide-a-bed, and two bunk beds, so it handles 6 people with ease. There is a breakfast bar and a table to handle all six for meals as well. The master bedroom and main room have flat screen TV's for the times you're not at the beach.

The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, microwave, and a mixer. Everything is well kept and attractive.

If you're looking for a great place to stay on the beach that has great access to all of Destin, I'd recommend Crystal Sands and this unit.

We stayed in 305B with a total of 4 adults and 4 children. The unit has been refurnished recently. The kitchen, living area, master bedroom, and both bedrooms are nicely appointed. The upstairs loft room has older wicker-type furniture, but the mattress seemed fine. The bunk room lacked decor and had typical bunkie mattresses, but it served its purpose for the kids. It is necessary to walk through the loft room and upstairs bathroom to access the bunk room, so there isn't much privacy in the loft room. The beach and the view were gorgeous. We claimed an umbrella and chairs early each morning, but the beach was never very crowded. The kids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach. We took advantage of the early bird menu at the Crab Trap which is a short walk down the beach.

We stayed in condo 308A and the location is great. You are a few steps from the ocean. Beach was very nice. The condo did have a few flaws. The beds need to be replaced in the master and the bedroom with the twin beds. The refrigerator is very old and needs replaced. The bedrooms are not very well lit. I did notice a few changes from the pictures on the internet. They replaced the table and chairs and the bar stools.

We've stayed here several times now (Unit 103B-East) and enjoy it each time. Sleeps 6 with 1King bedroom, 2 bunks in hall, and a sofabed. With a first floor unit it's just steps to the white sugar sand beach where umbrella/2 chairs rent for $30/day during peak season, and being on Scenie Hwy 98 in Crystal Beach area, it's convenient to everything.
