This was a return trip for my family. We had stayed here before and it was a wonderful trip. The room and the view, as always, were beautiful. MY MAIN COMPLAINT....We had requested a certain room this time We were told over the phone that we had that room reserved. When we called for directions to the office we were disconnected from the office twice because of a bad connection. Then when we got to the office and were given the room keys, it was for the 18th floor. We has specifically asked for a room no higher than the 12th floor( my children and I DO NOT LIKE EXTREME HIGHTS). We were told that there were no rooms available and would not be until we checked out. Talk about mad???!!! It took me 2 days before I could approach the edge of the balcony and look around. It made me sick to my stomach, literallly. Then just a few little things like not being given our cards for free videos for the kids until the next day and having to drive back through all the traffic to get the little card that should have been given to us the first trip there. Then the card we were given didn't work with the machine it was assigned to. When on vacation, even thought its a vacation, time is of the essence. You want to try and get everything you'd plan on doing done. Wasting time in the office trying to get the room you were told you had and messing with a video machine are not what I call relaxing. Will I stay here again? Probably...I believe in gving people and business' a second chance. The W

We stayed in unit 140 for 4 nights. The condo was decorated beautifully with many upgrades. We were very impressed with not only the condo, but how the beach in the Jade East area was never crowded.
We also had wonderful service from Newman Daily. The ammenity card we were given as a part of the vacation package saved us alot of money on entertainment. The ocean was clear and beautiful. Our room overlooked the pool, which had a rock waterfall. Overall our vacation
was a great experience and we hope to stay at Jade East next year in the same unit

We stayed in unit 220. 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. We had 2 adult couples and 3 teenage boys and two 12 yr. old girls. Space for sleeping was sufficient. Thank goodness the weather was good and we were outside all the time. Would not have wanted to be stuck indoors with that many people in the space available. The complex was very nice. Very clean and well kept. The pool and spa area was exceptionally clean with bathrooms nearby. The beach was beautiful, although very windy while we were there. Kids weren't able to spend a lot of time in the ocean. You cannot make a trip to Destin without visiting the harbor and eating at one of the restaurants. I would certainly check around for deals. There is an abundance of options and all appear to have about the same amenities. This place was a little pricey in my opinion. In the past we have always stayed in Fort Walton Beach, which may be a little cheaper. I love this area and I am sure I will return. From IL it is the quickest route to a breathtaking beach.

We stayed at Jade East and booked through Newman-Dailey and it was simply wonderful. The beach was so clean and well kempt. The entire place had security and parking was under key lock. We had the nicest room-marble floor-walk-in closets was wonderful along with the furniture. I think it was room 110. We had a blast. Would def. do this again!
