I loved the way this unit was decorated - it looked like home versus the condos that look like the typical beach style with the palm trees or pastel theme. We enjoyed the games in the unit because it rained one day while we where there. The location was PERFECT! We enjoyed walking to the Back Porch restaurant and the munchkins loved the smoothies at the beachside grill. It is so close to the beach and I was told that there was a road to cross when it is really a small area to get to the restaurants not a busy street like highway 98. I think the speed limit is 15??? The unit was very clean and simple - not a lot of small knick knacks that my 2 year old could grab. We can't wait to go back.

I have returned to this condo for like 5 years in a row. The last 2 years have been worse and worse. Three yrs ago there was damage and we thought that might have been the problem, but then year after year, it gets worse and worse. The same cleaning lady manager is still there and she doesnt care at all. There were dirty linens, dirty carpet, stunk and was filthy in every condo we saw. The floors had not been mopped and sand was all under the carpets. The bathrooms were dirty and not clean with mold. The location is fantastic and pools are ideal, but the rooms are horrible and old. Needs reonovated in alot of the condos. The staff are not accomodating and cleaning staff is rude and doesnt want to fix the problem. Stay somewhere else.

False advertising. Rooms very dirty. Carpets unbievalbe how dirty they were. Would not touch bedspreads We were in the small two bedroom.
Moved twice and finally they had an up grade to three bedroom, three bath. little cleaner, carpetss very dirty. Will not stay at this resort again.

THIS IS NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY! No part of the resort is beachfront. You actually have to walk across a street and pass a row of condos before getting to the beach. Definitely not for elderly people or small children which we were traveling with both. We were told that it was definitely beachfront and the website states beachfront and upon arrival the resort would not refund full amount charged even after false adverstising and misrepresentation. The facility itself was older and run down and we have had NO pleasent dealings with the resort staff or the 3rd party which we booked thru, Liseure Link Travel. We originally booked thru BookIt.Com which then was handeled by Liseure Link Travel. I HIGHLY recommended NOT dealing with this resort, BookIt.COM or Liseure Link Travel if you are wanting a restful and pleasant vacation!
