The rates are very reasonable for the beachfront property. There was construction of a new seawall barrier that I am sure is a much needed upgrade. The only effect this construction had on the guest was walking around the construction site to the beach. No problem. The front desk staff was friendly and the laundry service employees went above and beyond always with a smile. We left some items in a drawer and realized many hours after we left Florida. The front desk staff sent it via UPS the next day. Thank you Holiday Surf for another excellent time to remember!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club use to be a fun place. Now the staff appears miserable, which I was told by a young lady, was primarily the result of the Board of directors receding the first raise the staff had received in 3+ years and not explaining why.

Although the staff was helpful and was not by any means rude, it was apparent that their morale was very low. Also there seemed to be a LOT of work started throughout the property ... large section of parking lot cut up, sea wall has 8ft deep x5ft wide hole the length of the property, main deck is destroyed, half the property is caution taped off, check-in office covered in spackle etc etc.

In the past the employees were always friendly, helpful and smiling, but now that there not (even though they are all the same employees) I dont plan to come back. Its ashame and I will miss HSRC, but the "gloom" is too much.

my visit to holiday over the july 4 week,a total of 10 days was extremely pleasureable experience. the staff could not be nicer or anymore helpful especially scott on the beach. the beach was beatiful and the weather was great. mary and charkie were right the beach was perfect for intimate night walks.it gives you a chance to get away from everyone for that special moment,it just added to my visit.thanks to mary and charlie looking forward to getting back next july and seeing you two. all the best. dont forget the anniversy walk in october ill be there. its great ill get to holiday twice. happy holidaysa.

hurricane Ida was in town with us so we had the place to our self. only a handful of owner where here. the sauna are nice, but i didn't like the fact that they are segregated man/women. they had a nice dock down to the water,but not now after Ida. the heated pool came in handy with the cool wind that was blowing all around over all had a good time in the bad weather i found the condo nice a roomy. each room has a nice balcony that is screen in.
