Quaint, relaxing, complete, no issues. Great location right on beach. Helpful staff. Gulf view from balcony was beautiful. Just what we were looking for.

This is the only place I will stay in Florida and I have checked many others in the past. This place has something for everyone. We stay in a one bedroom (which is hard to find) gulf front and it has 1 1/2 baths. The view is fantastic, desk is helpful, beach staff is great in setting up chairs and umbrellas. We eat breakfast on the balcony watching the waves and the guys setting everything up. There is beach volleyball, an indoor and outdoor pool, karaoke on special occasions, hot tub, restaurant, free movie rentals and an arcade. We absolutely love it. The only bad thing is not about the property, it's the traffic in Destin. Horrendous!

I have a family of 5 and we went the last weekend in october 2010 for our 15th wedding anniversary stayed in room 1510 this was our first real vacation we loved it we gave only a 3 day notice and got a great room! The view from the balcony was awesome! We like our privacy and got it the hallways are kinda spooky (not well lit & bates motel looking) but hey we were there for halloween so we went with it. The staff was friendly we didnt have much contact with them which is good cuz it didnt feel like we were being watched. The room was very beautiful & since we went on off peak we didnt have a problem with wifi. Also we ALMOST had the beach to ourselves we didhave the pools to our selves & only ran into 1 couple n the hot tub. Last year they gave 1 free ticket to go fishing golfing and we took em up on the free ticket for the dolphin cruise which was awesome! We enjoyed our stay so much this year we are staying a whole week!

We just got back last week from a trip to Destin and Sundestin Beach Resort. We had no problems throughout our stay. We had booked four nights originally. We were having so much fun that we stayed another night. Our condo was open so it was handled easily and quickly by the front desk. The beach service was very good. Chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every morning. Around $20 for two chairs and an umbrella was worth it to us. We ate lunch at the cafe inside twice. It was very good and affordable. There is no daily housekeeping which was not a problem for us. We were hardly ever in our condo. We stayed in 702. The condo was updated and clean. Very comfortable. The view was amazing. The private beach was clean and not too crowded. The pools were nice. Free Wifi was a bonus. It worked fine for our stay. We will stay here again. It's in a good location with easy access to lots of things and the value was great!
