We stayed here on a "girls weekend" in July. We chose this place because it was the cheapest hotel in Destin with a vacancy on such short notice.
Overall, it was just ok. The shower was hot (although there was a hair on the shower wall when we arrived), the beds were comfy enough to sleep on, the AC worked, and the roof didn't leak- so the room served it's purpose. Our room was directly behind the Waffle House, but we didn't notice any noise.
If you're looking for a nice hotel, there are a lot of them in Destin, but you're going to pay a lot more. I wouldn't call this place "nice", but that wasn't a priority for us. It allowed us to stay in comfort (if not luxury) and the lower price meant we had extra money to spend on activities and dining.

It was clean,and good room. And like 5 mins away from the Beach! the only thing bad was, Their pool was HOTTTT! Should've been alot cooler!

When we first walked my fiancé immediately said ewe. So we check in because I did a reservation online. We get to our room & our keys don't work, which wouldn't normally be that big of a issue except this motel is a outside room entrance & this motel is not in the best part of town. So we get the key fixed, then we walk into our room & it smells, the toilet won't flush, their is water all over the bathroom floor, we felt so uncomfortable we pushed the refrigerator infront of the door, we also heard our neighbors partying till 4a.m. Partying is fine I'm in my mid 20s but not when people are banging on walls, slamming door & throwing beer bottles. Overall FAIL!!! Never again.

Manager was great, room was clean. Easy access to the beach and places to eat.
