“Million Dollar View”

My wife and I are frequent travelers at timeshares and hotels. GulfstreamManor has one of the best views of an ocean that we have experienced. The rooms are more than adequate and the upkeep is 4 out of 5 stars. Although it is in a quiet part of Delray Beach, it is a quick drive to the night life of Atlanic Ave.

The office staff is top notch.

“Secret Beach Getaway”

The Gulfstream Manor is the greatest beach vacation I have ever had in the United States. We booked 6 days through our Bluegreen Vacation Club points. We left NC and drove through the night Friday night. We arrived at 930 am Saturday morning and went to get a parking pass and go down to the beach until check in time. We were surprised to find out that our room was ready and we were allowed to check in! We found our room to be newly remodeled with new carpet, tile, and furniture. It was not the most modern or high end furnishing, but it really did feel like home. All units are one bedroom and are very large for a one bedroom. Our family of 3 had plenty of room. Also be aware the resort is ran by two ederly ladies and while they do their best to serve you, you are not waited on hand and foot. It really is like having your own home at the beach. There was a nice pool area and a covered grilling/picnic area right in front of the beach. The beach was awesome! It was never crowded, and we were there the week of July 4. When I say it was never crowded, I mean we were LITERALLY the only people on the beach before noon each day. At its most crowded the beach held about 4 groups of people. The water was very clear and the sun and sand were wonderful. If you are a golfer I recommend the Boynton Beach Golf Links. The Bannana Boat was a good but not great place to eat. All in all this is a great vacation destination that I hope noone else discovers so that it stays uncrowded!LOL

“Love this resort”

We are Bluegreen owners and this place is fabulous !! We have been to many larger fancy resorts, and like them, too, but this place is so relaxing and quaint !! It was like we had our own private beach ! Nice pool, hot tub and grilling/picnic area. Rooms were nice, not real modern, but they were clean and the staff is very nice. They did have wifi in the rooms and the kids loved the beach and pool. We are going down again in a few weeks and meeting my whole family there. Able to book 3 rooms at the same time for a little reunion. I cannot wait to play with my neice and nephews in the sand and just spend quality time relaxing and visiting !!!

“Best beachfront place for those who want a small quiet personable SE FL location”

We rented a week, came back to rent again the next year, then purchased a week a decade ago. The postiive reviews are all on target - clean, quiet, superb location, right on the beach, jacuzzi and heated pool. The managers ensure that all guests are considerate to all. We've had friends and relatives who reside elsewhere come visit us (parkign is limited, so it does need to be negotiated in some way especially on weekends, as jsut room for 1 car per unit.) Most come back year after year. Very fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in room. TV in bedroom and in living area. Although one reviewer complained about the room being dark with a very negative review - and some rooms can be a bit dark - its a trivial issue compared to the many, many pluses. A gem of a find.
