Food area kept clean. Average or better breakfast.
Comfortable beds.

We stayed here for one night. The location was great, the room was clean and a decent size. After the bedbug comment (and because of where I live) I checked the beds thoroughly, and it seems we had no extra guests.Pool is small, and in the shade in the afternoon. We had a minor problem at check in (the lady said she couldn't do something but from staying at many, many Comfort Inns I knew she could, and eventually she did); interestingly I see a comment from two years ago (!) about her, so she's not a new employee. Other than that everything was great Needed a room just for one night. The room was very clean and it was a nice size also. Four of us were very comfortable. Would def stay there again if we go back to DeLand. more

The Hotel looks to be fine from the parking lot and lobby. We got in late and the kids were so tired we couldnt wait to get to the room. The children laid down as I had a few things to do before bed. In the 30 mniutes my grand kids were in the bed they had been attacked by bugs, she was covered from head to toe. I had never seen a bed bug before in 65 years of life. I took a cup from the bathroom counter and filled the thing to the top with bugs. i showed the front desk and was at 2 in the morning was offered another room and a refund. I will never stay a that place again. I hope people read reviews and make the right choice.

This motel is on International Speedway Blvd., almost to US 17 when coming from Daytona. I got in after eating supper so I can't comment on any local restaurants.

There was a problem with my room initially, but it was swiftly and courteously remedied.

The room was nice and well furnished. The whole motel felt new.

Breakfast was good - the usual Comfort Inn "deluxe continental" fare. I was there on a Monday morning, and it was NOT crowded, which always helps.
