I booked a room in advance for our stay this coming weekend. Due to things beyond our control we needed to cancel the trip so i called to cancel and they told me i was unable to cancel the reservation and would be charged full price anyway. I gave them 24 hours notice of the need to cancel and they still would not allow it. I have yet to see the rooms or hotel to evaluate how it is but if we do get the chance to get down there i will most deffinately let it be known how upset i was about this matter and will let it be known about the hotel in general.. For now I would NOT recommend this hotel or any other owned by this chain.

This is the dirtiest hotel (term used VERY loosely) I've ever stayed at. When making our reservation a non-smoking room was requested. Upon checking into our room, we realized the room was a smoking room, a very freshly smoked in room. We called the front desk to try and change rooms and of course, none were available. When it was time to go to bed, I pulled back the sheets to realize there was hair in the bed. The floors were filthy-- stains galore. The shower stall had disgusting stains inside of it. Housekeeping doesn't 'make it's way around until close to nightfall. Everything about this place is bad. Would never return.

This place is disgusting! Our rooms were overcrowded with unnecessary furniture. There were holes in some walls, and in the bathroom an apparent hole in the shower had been patched with a large board. We had to have our room keys reactivated daily. The overall the condition of the hotel was poor, with a dirty lobby and not-quite-clean hotel rooms. Pick another place!

Our reservation had 2 adults and 3 small children. We had checked in extremely late but the lady at the front desk was very willing to help us check in and was very knowledgable in giving directions to where we needed to go. We booked 2 nights but a change in our plans had us check out the afternoon of the 2nd day and the front desk was willing to work with us on a price!! We had a great stay and will return. This is a basic hotel; if you are looking for luxury and room service you are in the wrong place! It's ok to rough it sometimes!
