The only good things about this place are the location and the beach bar outside. The service is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Not only was there nobody there to greet us when we arrived at about 5:20, but there was not even a note to tell us what to do. The woman at the front desk seemed irritated when we complained about this fact. The maid service was very poor too (mostly just a few towels being erratically replaced by a surly worker). But the final straw was fittingly on the last night that we stayed there. This same woman was screaming and yelling in one of the rooms with three other people until 3 in the morning - on Christmas Eve! After trying three times to get them to quieten down, we eventually decided to just leave at 3 in the morning just to get away from the noise. This woman is crazy and she should be fired.

We had a great time. Walking distance to Great Bars, Restaurants and Shops..
And did i mention you are right on the ocean.... WOW!!!! Wife wants to live there all year round. Can't wait for August when we go back.

We absolutely love this area. This is the first time we stayed at Emerald Seas. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. You have a private beach which is beautiful and peaceful. However, you are only a short walk to alot of action/people at the public beach if you want that. There are two pools and one was heated. It was perfect since the air was a little chilly.

I have been vacationing at emeral seas resort for 4 years, loved it so much bought my own 2 weeks. The value for your money is amazing! The people are great! The idea you have the beach at your reach, plus the Heated pool and smaller cooler pool give you 3 options of where to swim. They are updating more each year and never has anything not been to my satisfaction. When something does break, it is fixed within hours.

In contrast to many other commercial resorts,Emerald Seas offers a warm friendly environment, .privacy , and almost a private lovely beach at your door! All ages love it here, from kids to retirement.

I love being here, glad my friends brought me. Visit here if you want easy going, fun, beach life with nice accommodations that are CLEAN!

RCI... people sorry you didn't like it, I loved it! This may not a gold crown time share resort, however the best 3 or 4 Star you could ever imagine!
