I cannot recommend the Deerfield Buchanneer Apartments any more highly. They were clean, wonderfully furnished and with a fully stocked kitchen. The staff was great! The location cannot be beat. You are right in the heart of the beach/resturant community but in a location that is quiet and private also. I will be going back and telling my friends about it. Its the best deal, in my opinion, in the area.

Excellent clean & updated tropical Florida style condo hotel ! much better than other corner hotels around area ! this is tropical clean & florida style ~ definately going back soon ! awesum pool & grounds ! Love the location ! really just steps away from Awesum Deerfield Beach - fishing pier - restuarants - gift shops & more ! This is a great tropical surf spot ! my husband & I couldnt recommend a better clean safe & fun spot to stay ! you will definately want to go back ! HAVE FUN !

This is a very clean, quiet, comfortable spot one block from the ocean. They offer wireless access in the apartment and everyone working there is friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The location is wonderful -- right off US One and Hillsoboro Blvd and accesible to shopping, restaurants, airports, etc. The beach is beautiful, except that I got bitten by Sea Lice!!! There is a 1.5 mile walkway right next to the beach and it is very safe, I felt I could walk there any time of day or night.

I recommend it highly!

I just returned from the Deerfield Buccaneer, in Deerfield Beach. This was a very last minute trip over Christmas week. We usually stay at my parent's in Boca, but decided to stay at a hotel instead. I have two teenage kids and needed the extra space, and the Deerfield Buccaneer was great. It looks seedy from the outside, but the apartments- not hotel rooms- are very spacious. It is furnished as though you were actually staying in someone's home- right down to the nicknacks!! It had a full kitchen including dishwasher, and losts of towel and beach chairs for your use. The beach is a two block walk, but you can see the ocean from some rooms, ( mine was a one bedroom- room 34). The pool are and hot tub were immaculately clean, as was our apartment. We were going to stay at the Howard Johnson's which is across the street, but decided on the Buccaneer because of the extra space and having a kitchen to make breakfast and the free parking. It was so much better and after walking through the Howard Johnson to check it out, much nicer inside. If you are looking for a small effieciency in the Deerfield area , check out the Buccaneer. I would also inquire about Rettger's and Ocean Terrace Suites, but I think they are a bit more expensive.
