Upon our arrival to the ocean jewels we tried to use the code to get into our room, that Stephanie Jones, the manager of our unit gave us and of course it didn't work after talking to the security guard he told us that she gave us the code for the gate to the beach so after a couple of phone calls we managed to get into our room. We had a nice unit with two baths, the toilet in one bath almost overflowed when we used it and we couldn't use it and in the other one we had to fill the tank by hand because it filled so slowly. I called Stephanie that night and got no answer, of course, so I continued calling the next day, again no answer. Now it is Sunday, we arrived Friday eve. I called again saying I might need to contact the owner because I was worried about the toilet that was at the top of the rim, surprise! she called back in 10 minutes and said she would have maintenence man there the next day well he never came till tuesday and then they blamed the broken toilet on us, we also were threatend with having our car towed because she didn't have a parking permit for us which was to be in our room then Stephanie told us we had too many in our room and had to move 2 people out, she was the one that told us to bring blow up beds for the 2 extras. If you are considering renting a condo at ocean jewels do NOT rent one thru Stephanie Jones unless you want these kinds of hassles. My card was charged $85.00 for a broken toilet that was broken upon our arrival. ocean jewels is a nice place just need to beware of who the manager is that you rent thru

Stayed here in Dec. 2008. Got an oceanview room w/ balcony, kitchen & spacious size for only $35. One of the front desk clerks was really friendly, the other one was a [--].

Perfect location (directly on the beach; across the bridge from Downtown; 1 mile from bus station). Would definitely visit again!

We loved our stay , the front desk was polite, the rooms were clean, you step out for a couple of hours and you caome back, the rooms are done. The staff that we met was very corteous, we want to thank our front desk and staff that kept our visit pleasant, the veiw to the beach was great. Everyone was corteous even the guests. The parking was safe and well lit, the place was so quiet at night, I slept like a log. Thanks so much for taking care of us. Bigup to the STAFF at the Ocean Jewels.

My family of 4 stayed at the ocean jewel for a few days to start our vacation, although our room was not right on the beach, I could see it from my front porch, just beautiful. It had 2 pools (1 heated, 1 cold and 1 kids) and I used the heated, deep, clean and just really nice pool. It was right on the ocean with a combination fence so we felt safe. The beach was very clean. Only problem was the condo owners complaining about all that was wrong "take your skirt off sally" every day same conversation and same people. But all the others looked relaxed. Close to the rental areas for 4 wheeler which was perfect.
