I booked online and got a rate of $130.00 which I thought was expensive, but didn't really have a choice....needed a room. The linens had not been changed since it was rented the night before. There was a burn hole in the sheets, all the way down to the mattress and it was still dirty. When I called the front desk, they couldn't come look so I had to take the sheets off and take them down for them to look at...It was 11 o'clock at night. They moved us to another room which was a pain because we had already put our stuff away. The first room didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave, but the one they moved us to did. The next day I tried to get a discount, but they couldn't return any money because I had booked online, so they said they would give me a 50% discount for my next visit. They can keep it, because I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I will sleep in my car first. Extremely expensive for the crappy room you get.

Booked room online and was quoted $299 per night. Booked for 2 nights Sat & Sun. 2/19 & 2/20 during Daytona 500. Room was nasty.There was mold growing in the bathroom. No frig or microwave, no ice in the machine and they were charging others for extra parking spots. Went to ask for towels about 7 pm Sunday evening and was told couldn't get any because housekeeping was closed. Later I went and asked how much for a room and was told $89. Then I went back a little later and said I needed a key to my room. Guy asked me room # and gave me a key with NO ID.

I was in Daytona for a ministry effort near this hotel and the room was booked by someone else. We paid $40 per night. The hotel was being worked on. The room was clean enough and the bed was OK. BUT, the AC unit leaked on the floor of the room so that the carpet was always wet near the AC unit. I had concerns about mold but didn't see any. The cold water control in the shower/tub didn't work right. It was like the handle was loose. The ice machines around the hotel didn't work. There was a freezer in the lobby with free bagged ice, but on the last morning of my stay I had to leave before the lobby opened and the night clerk would not let me in to get ice. The TV worked but the channels on the screen didn't match up. For example, the TV menu would say CNN but what came on was in Spanish. There was not HBO, etc. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The housekeeping staff were kind, friendly, and did an excellent job servicing the room. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and exhibited utterly poor communication skills.
