We took a last minute vacation and found this condo hotel, the kiddies pool was perfect for the little ones and the location couldnt be beat! The guest services treated us like old friends and the rate was super affordable, we will come back..

They say they have free internet. They do not. They say they have an office that is open 24 hours. They do not. They say they have security around the clock. The only time I saw security was late on Friday night.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Daytona beach resort in November of this year. Older hotel, clean and a super friendly staff. We found that this is a condo motel, so all the rooms are privately owned. We were in room 318, which was very nicely decorated. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a conference and wouldn't book this hotel again.
The bad: NO internet - the internet didn't work all week and they made no effort to fix it. The room was permanently damp, wet floor, wet sheets which makes for a cold nights sleep. The mattress appeared new (still in plastic cover) but was very uncomfortable, felt every spring and sunken in the middle. There is a strip club across the street. The TV was old and took 10 minutes to warm up before you could see the picture. Requested an iron, which was rusty and left a stain on my shirt.
The good: right on the beach, cheap and quiet (we stayed mid-November)
This would be a good place for a long term summer let but as a hotel it felt more like I was staying in my Grandma's coal-shed.
