I have been going to the Bahama House with my family since 1998. It is a great place to go for vacation!! All of the rooms have balconies and kitchenettes. They serve a very nice Continental Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 daily in a spacious dining lounge. Every evening they have a Happy Hour in the same dining lounge. It is free and a very nice social experience!!
It's a very comfortable atmosphere. They still have several of the same employees that I met in '98! The POOL is the highlight!! I recommend this place HIGHLY!! I'll go back again next year!!

This hotel is clean and convenient. The staff isn't always the friendliest but you can't beat the rooms on the beach. There is a happy hour & a very modest breakfast included in the price.

Our efficiency was absolutely filthy, old dark rugs, a horrible odor camouflaged with spray, no counter space, and just simply NOT EFFICIENT --AND in spite of their WI FI, there is virtually NO SIGNAL available for any given period, so FORGET about internet access-You have to go in the hall or down to the lobby with your lap top if you want access. But they'll tell you it's YOUR computer that's not working properly and never admit they have a cheap signal for the clients.The other clients mentioned the same internet problems, as well. OH- but the staff always smiles unseemingly unaware of the clients' frustrations. Allow me to save you the aggravations...go elsewhere.

We first lucked out by having fantastic weather to start the vacation. Then, we arrived a day early only to have the Bahama House offer us the fantastic deal that we recieved through expedia, without even asking! Everyone was extremely friendly all weekend - even though they had to work Christmas weekend. The room was very clean. Beds comfortable. The kitchenette was ideal and worked perfectly for us to make our own breakfast Christmas morning. The happy hour was a nice touch. Simple but nice. The hotel was a little too far from the strip to walk for dinner but a quick cab ride is all it took. Great value. We went on to a couple other places to complete our holidays but Bahama House was our favourite!!
