room was fair as far as cleaniness. the door to the balcony was falling apart. the restraunt was only open a few hrs. on saturday morning. no complimentary coffee offered which would be appreciated with no restraunt. worst of all the elevator malfunction and we got stuck inside.we pressed the intercom and bell. at no time did anyone speak with us to keep us calm . the elevator door closed and never advanced off the first floor but the door would not open. an apology was never given to us. this hotel is in need of desperate tlc.

Balconies are not enclosed so you do see and hear your neighbors if you utilize them.The pool is nice ,bar and restaurant are not open and will not be when you go there. For the cost its a good choice, the outside looks shabby but the rooms are cold, noise free, and large.The location is on the beach with great access to dunlawton bridge.

Advertised restaurant,bar,gift shop but was never open. wires in pool from broken lights.Hotel had a musty smell and worst of all was hotel room cleanliness.Hotel policy to change sheets every 2 days. daily is extra!But ours were never changed in the 5 days we were there. Marked with tape so I'm positive. 3 days in we took sheets off and put in floor and they were put back on.When we complained they told house keeping but never no new sheets!Trust me don't stay here no matter the price,if so bring your own sheets... its so gross

My stay was great enjoyed my time there I had my father, my nephew 11yrs, daughter 12yrs, and daughter 2 years....Granted this is not a luxury hotel but it easily met our needs while we were there!!! We were supposed to have a view of the city but still had beach view from the balcony! The staff was nice we did not have any problems there. Only down side the Wi Fi didn't work on my laptop and there was a 5.00 additional parking fee I am not sure if other hotels do the same. The room was very clean. We brought our own beach towels for swimming....
