We stayed here prior to a 6AM flt out of Daytonna driven by high fares at Orlando and I was really satisfied considering the rate. The staff was friendly and helpful - even dealing with the throng of teens hogging the business center so I could print out my boarding pass.
The room was clean - albeit a bit worn - but way cleaner than the Holiday Inn Express I had just come from in Orlando. Definitely OK for what I was doing - taking a pre-flight nap.

there was a tornado warning and thunderstorms coming our way as we travelled to the Tampa area so we stopped at this comfort suite to wait it out. luckily they had a room available and the cost was really good. the hotel reception clerk sam was extremely nice and courteous. the lobby was small but appeared clean. we checked in then went to our room. when we opened the door there was quite an odor in the room. i can't quite exlain it. it wasnt repulsive but it wasnt pleasant either. smelled like old rug or they needed to clean the bed linen. the walls, bed linen and rugs had strange spots on them and I don't even want to guess what they were! the room is big and well lighted to it's benefit. I cant imagine that they will be cleaning up their rooms anytime soon since it is such a great deal and it's right down the road from the speedway. i'm sure they'll never run out of business but it would be nice if they could do something to make it less smelly!

Only one person can work on a computer as this is not a wi-fi hotel.
Carpet in our suite needs to be replaced, rather worn as well as a cigerette burn in the bed spread (non-smoking hotel). and the room had a strange smell of either a perfume or spray.
Have stayed in a lot of Choice Suites and this is not as nice of one that we have ever had. room not as large.
When you enter the room it is hard to find a light to see where you are going, almost tripped trying to find a light switch as the one by the door was very dim.
We could not find the drive when we arrived, rather hidden with no sign along the road

My husband & I stayed here for the Daytona 500. We had a King suite and our room was great. The place was very clean and had a nice breakfast in the mornings. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Looked just like the pictures on the site. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat, very chatty and very friendly. They let us park our truck there Sunday even after we checked out so we didn't have to fuss with track parking. Planning on staying there again next time.
