The beach views were amazing. Unlike most hotels this one was very quiet even during bike week. The room is very spacious and the beds are pretty comfortable. We had 3 small children and 3 full grown adults in the room during the day and it did not drive us crazy. The refrigerator and stove were great features. The pool was nice and not dirty like other pools i have seen. Overall I would stay here again and i would recommend it to others. We had a great vacation and it is only 20 minutes from the nearest highway. Two thumbs up!!!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in Room #518 in the Castaways. The room was wonderful, newly redone, very clean, great view of the Ocean and in a good location. We hope to be able to come back there on our future visits to Daytona.

We especially liked having a manager on site in the office every day and knowing the security personnel were there gave us added assurance. It was nice seeing the maintenance people moping the front office every day and felt the building was well kept. We enjoyed working with you, Chelle Realty LLC and feel we were treated very well.

My wife and I had a great time in Daytona for the Rolex race weekend. For the price point of this condo you couldn't ask anything more. Relatively close to the track. RIght on the ocean! This room was recently renovated and nicely done. My wife and I would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I rented for 1 week in December 2011 from a individual who owns his condo privately, which I am told all of the condos are privately owned. I saw all the bad reviews, but the room we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated and clean linens were provided. The furniture was modern and in good condition. We were provided with the owners phone in case of any problems, but we had no complaints. Most of the people in the building while we were there seemed to be senior citizens. Pool area and halls were clean. We would rent again and were very happy with the rental price.
