This was our second time staying at the Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn. Once again, we were impressed with our overall experience. This family-owned motel is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking to enjoy a nice beach vacation. This motel provides:
-Beautiful oceanviews and beach and pool access that is just steps away.
-A staff that is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide the most hospitable service possible.
-Rooms that are very clean and spacious with the added feature of a mini-kitchen. We also took advantage of the wi-fi free internet that was offered.
I would recommend walking on the beach to the pier to enjoy drinks and/or lunch. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next vacation at the Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn.

Well we are here for 7 weeks , We are back every year , we enjoy the place because it is clean , family oriented , people are very friendly, staff are amassing , we have all we need ,stove, frige, microwave, coffee machine , toaster, the beds are so comfy you do not want to get up and the ocean so close at night you open the windows and you sleep with the sound of the ocean can ask for more . And another important thing the prices are good .
So come and see you will enjoy it too .

I stayed here for one night just to get away from life.... My room was big and almost every room has a view of the ocean. The room was the very clean and the staff was very nice upon my check in. The pool area is great and the beach is I just a few feet away. The only thing is that is wish they would extend their check out time with out charging a fee, I need to stay and extra hour. But i will stay here agin.

We stayed at the last minute at the Atlantic Ocean Palms on the south end of Daytona Beach Shores. Don't get this confused with Ocean Palms that is farther north and a much higher building.
This is a two story motel with basic rooms. Tile floors that can be slick when wet, and beds and a bath. If you are expecting a full service hotel with hot breakfasts, toiletries, and other amenities, you will be disappointed. This is a BASIC MOTEL people. You know, room, bed, bathroom, sink, TV. It does have a refirgerator and a microwave (which was something the Hard Rock in Orlando didn't have) and comfortable beds. The room also has a small table and chairs. Again, BASIC!!!
Now the advantages. The pool has an 8 foot deep end and a shallow end. Nice!! Shuffleboard court, and a sitting porch with umbrellas. An outdoor shower to make sure you don't track all the sand in with you, which is an impossible feat. and a direct stairway to the beach. The beach is very nice, and is wide and beautiful. There isn't alot of shells on the beach, and the surf was nice too.
There is a gas grill up front, but we didn't use it. When we got there, my biggest fans were quite friendly.
