We were concerned about staying at a little seaside hotel, but ARCP turned out to be a hidden gem. It's conveniently located, awesome value, family run, has great customer service, a heated pool, access to the beach, is super clean...it's got it all! Many people commented negatively on the age of the place, but to me this was irrelevant due to the 99% of plusses. I will be going again, many times!

This place is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. We arrived to a dirty room, filthy carpet, dirty bathroom,windows were so dirty you could hardly see through them, even the mirrows were dirty, the stove was rusty and dirty, the counter top nasty, fridg rusty and had a very bad mildew smell when air was on. After we complained, we were offered another room, but it wasnt much better so we stayed in the room the first night. I have breathing problems and couldnt sleep because of the meldew smell. cried all night. The next day we complained again and we were told that there was no note of our complaint the night befor. They did however offer us another room, It was cleaner although not very well kept. The cleaning staff were very nice and the pool was clean. The elevator was dirty and smelled like oil and was very hot. The outside halls were dirty, and the parking was not good. I didnt see anything for the handicapped . I was sick with a viral infection when arriving home 5 days later.

This place is the best . Free breakfast including Waffles and syrup. Clean. and very resonable price. They treat you like your staying at a top resort in Disney.

The hotel is run by a friendly and caring staff. The breakfast ended at 9am (wish it ended later) but having fresh waffles, toast, eggs, cereal, muffins, coffee and juices was worth getting downstairs for! The pool is nice, not spectular, but clean and a nice temperature. Since the main attraction was the beach (easy access), the pool was just enough to cool down before going back to the room. The rooms are big and clean. You definately feel that the price paid was a great value. We've stayed two separate tmes there and will continue to go back.
