I arrived at hotel and they said they dont have cribs and on there website they say they due, Upon arrival @ 430 on 9-2-2011 we arrive in room 423 only to have no towels and no hot water we called down to desk and they informe dus they had no towels so we waited , we then went down stairs and made formal complaint abouthot water and asked if they oculd provide us with a roll away bed, they said yes and said they would bring it up shortly,@ 4 AM WE STILL had not receieved a bed and the AC unit caught fire at the plug and went out, Furious i called hotels.com where i rented room for 3 days and they spoke to hotal manager and said they would move us to a different room. upon going down stairs to get a different room the manager paul i think his name was wante dme to pay more money for a different room adn if i didnt he couldnt move me. then after requesting owners name i asked to see room , We both went to room 511 and upon entering the room it had no towls mold all over walls and we have pics of all this and no hot water, so we go back down stairs he puts us in room 315 we get there and of course no towles but we have hot water by this time it is 6 am and we still not bathed or slept i was furious. So i tried to leave hotel but no manager is availabe to authorize me a refund so we are stick here we laid down around 9 only to be woken up by pur room fire alarm is going off no cooking or smoking was going on,i called down stairs and paul again said i dont know how to fix it to unplug it , Im sorry i feel unpluggin a smoke detector is unsafe and i couldnt believe they asked us to do so .I would like to file a formal complaint to division of hotels and restaraunts at this time..
