Just left Daytona Beach, Fl, was there for the races, stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay DAYTONA BEACH, and Oh boy, what an experience, the hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, I stayed on the 2nd floor, I was very happy with my room, the sheets were cleaned, you could smell the freshness when you entered the room, the staff was very professional, even the housekeeper was very nice and professional. I have previously read some very bad reviews about this hotel and was very skeptical about staying here, but I was very happy and pleasantly surprised. I have to say that the people that get on the website and say very negative things, they just need to be honest when writing reviews. I witnessed some very harsh insults from guests towards the staff for simple things, like towels and their rooms not cleaned, do you change your towels every when you are at home, read the website, it states no daily housekeeping, but with all that the staff was very professional.

Did not like the fact that we could not ring from room to room at times it went directly to the hotel voice mail. Love the location, 1 block from the mall, convient stores, restaurants, gas stations, and international speed way. Room was small but it was comfortable and gave us what we needed, a place to lay down, a shower, and a table to eat at. They even provided us towels and a place for us to wash out bikes. We will come back again.

Lodging was clean with basic kitchen area. When I booked, I was unaware that the front
office was not staffed overnight. As a female traveling alone, it did make me uneasy and
asked to be moved from the back of the hotel, which was dimly lit, to the front of the hotel
where the lightning was better. Very, nice accomodating staff who work hard to please
its travelers. Hotel has emergency type buttons to use by the office in case its needed.

Went to this hotel during the Coke 400. Was welcomed by the assistant general manager. She was in a great mood during a crazy time. Hotel staff was great in suggesting places to eat or if you were in need of anything. Perfect place to stay for Daytona race, close by. Only took 2 minutes to walk to track. My only issue was the carpet and bed. The bed wasnt the most comfortable to sleep on and carpet hadnt been shampooed in sometime. Great little kitchen to use, if you need one.
