I've been having my vacation at this facility for the last five years and for the first four years, we were very happy with our stay. Rooms were clean, staff was attentive to our needs, premises were well taken care of, rates were good and people satying there friendly. This year, it was a complete disaster. Dave the owner suggested we take his front appartment as it was spacious and would fit our needs as my kids aren't kids anymore (they need separate beds) so as he gave me a good rate and being that we always had a good experience, i agreed and booked this appartment. It was my worse decision. The people staying in the appartment upstairs kept running around and moving furniture anytime of day or night and even though i spoke with them and management, it never changed, so we barely slept all of our vacation. In the morning, it was the cleaning staff that woke us bright and early with their morning meeting right outside our bedrrom window. They were loud and didn't care that they woke us up every morning. The appartment per say was average but we saw at least two huge cockroaches in the kitchen and this was the last straw. We will not be returning to this hotel even though we were happy for four years and made great friends there. I'm sorry to say that management seems to be less and less involved in the daily maintenance of this kind of facility (pool cleaning, grass kutting and such..)

So i'm sad to say that this was our last stay at Ocean court, but we have to move on to better facilities as these have degraded a whole lot in the last year or so.
