this hotel is tired the patios are dirty the paint is falling off but the view is to die for. the hotel lobby like the rest of the place is dull. the bar hahahah at least they have a bar. here is what i will say if you have a discount the beds are not bad the sofa and chairs kill. the kitchen pretends . the bath needs a bath!! staff is nice! oh well not for me at any rate! people were paying 119 to 169 in feb i got a coupon from the travel book at the rest area and paid 99 for ocean front with free hot breakfast> may i recomend the holiday inn same price no coupon and a 9 out of 10 have fun!

We got a great rate on the room so I don't want to complain too much but this hotel could definitely use some upgrading. The bathroom was tiny and very dated. The shower was old and dirty with painted tiles that were peeling. The faucets leaked continually and left rust stains on the tub. The microwave was filthy. It is in a good location though and walking distance to the boardwalk.

We were here for only 2 nights, and had to ask for a different room for the 2nd night because we were put directly across from the elevators and heard loud people til after midnight. We have a trailer and were asked to park across the street behind a small resturaunt/bar, not overly comfortable with the safety of the vehicle. The room seemed clean enough, no spare outlets for cell phone charging/laptop use, had to unplug the alarm clock. Flat pillows, front desk rolled their eyes when we asked for 2 extras. I forgot my razor and they claimed they were on "Back order" ?!?!?!?! When we did ask about a 2nd room the lady was quite polite :)

This hotel needs to be remodeled and cleaned up. We always go by trip advisor for recommendations for hotels when we travel. We were very disappointed after we checked in to this hotel. The reviews seemed pretty good but I don't know what they were thinking.

My desk chair had blood stains on it and the bed skirt was all ripped. The whole place needs to be painted and remodeled. I would not stay here again and would not tell anyone else to.
