I spend a fair bit of time in FL on business and this hotel/B&B is what it is..... you need to remember the prices when you are talking about it....
I was paying (booking online) around £30 per night and for this I was more than happy with the service I got. I had a double room to myself, which ok may have been a little dated but it was clean and regularly serviced, good tv and the breakfast was perfectly acceptable. The front of house staff helpful and I really couldnt complain about the place at all. I perhaps wouldnt say its the nicest for a family to spend a couple of weeks at but it is an ideal stop off point for a few days and for me in an ideal road link location to where I need to get to.
Whenever I am out on business I will be more than happy to return. You cant really find a better place for the budget price!

My family and I stayed at this hotel as part of a large group. The lobby was beautiful and nicely decorated, but don't let that deceive you. The hallways were not air conditioned, the ice machines only spit out 2-3 ice cubes at a time (if you can find one that works) and the security is lax. One night the side entrances were not locked and there was an older woman wandering the hallways trying to get into rooms. After a complaint from our group, the police had to be called because there was only one person working at the hotel at night. On the second night, the side entrances were locked, but room keys did not open the doors so we had to walk around to the front of the hotel anyway.
The worst part of the trip was the lack of towels. We had three towels in the room when we checked in, used them the next morning, the maid took them when she cleaned the room and did not replace them. My husband went to the front desk and they did not have any towels and then he asked a maid and she said they didn't have any towels either. How can a hotel not provide guests with towels?
The free breakfast was horrible. By 8:30 they were out of yogurt, fruit and "hot food" - the biscuits and gravy were like rocks and the juices were very watered down. I don't expect much for $48 a night, but I think that clean towels are expected.

When you arrive to the hotel the lobby seems and looks nice, but very small. My family and I think that the rooms will be as decorated as the lobby, but as it turned out it was not. First of all I do have to say that there are some ups and many, many downs...
The customer service up front is HORRIBLE!! when getting there we spoke with this guy who was african-american ( and NO i am not rasict, I am just putting it out there so the people can be aware that, he was just not a good communicator. He seemed very annoyed when we got there, I could not even understand what he was saying because he was talking very quiet and looking down. Moving on, when getting to the rooms the hallways were hot and smelled bad, like smoke (and we picked a non-smoking room). Then when entering the room it smelled the same but less then in the hallways. I would have also wanted the carpet floors to be renovanted and walls. That same day we went to the store to buy Llysol spray. We also never saw bugs around the room and the beds on the were nice ( I would recommend you take your pillow from home). The bathroom was clean, a good size nothing bad about it ( but I wouldn't go bare foot when taking a shower, use flip flops). And last the pool, it was also nice, and clean. I feel awful for ranting about this hotel but I want to save the next families that are thinking about going to this hotel because I would NOT recommend you taking your family here. And some other BIG!!! tips, if you do stay at the hotel be aware that the breakfast is not good either, there was only, busicuts, gravy, hard (cold) boiled eggs, cereal ( in a plastic bowl), yougurt, little pastries, and waffels. The coffee was also not good. So if you do intend of staying here, I reccomend you eat breakfast out somewhere else, and the space of the breakfast area is about 6 small round tables. Yes I know you may think online the pictures of the breakfast area may look nice, and that it looks spacious, im sorry it's not, I myself was very disappointing to bring my family to the Qualilty Inn Four Conners...

My family decided to take a quick trip to disney for the fourth weekend, great hotel, the staff was very courteous and the room was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious and hot for a room that i was only paying 50 buck for it was well worth the money.
