I had read a few reviews on here after doing an exchange with RCI for this property. I was a little worried, however we found the property to be excellent.

We had a 3 bedroom unit, overlooking the pool. The unit was large and very clean. There were 6 women / girls in our party of 8. The unit came with 1 hair drier, we asked at reception and 2 were delivered by 8:30 the next morning when housekeeping arrived. We also needed a kettle, this too arrived at the same time.

We spent a little downtime by the pool one morning, it was heated and pleasant. It may be smaller than other properties, it was perfect for the size of the resort.

In fairness, most people go to the Orlando area for the attractions, not to use resort amenities. For the purpose of this being used as a base for the area attractions, it fits the bill perfectly, being 10 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from Sea World / Aquatica. It will be about 20 mins from Universal. Along the 192 there are numerous restaurants catering for all tastes.

Everyone in our party was happy with our unit and the pool. We would all be happy to return to the Orlando Breeze again next time.

The rooms were nice to our surprise. The "resort" itself could use a little...a lot of upgrading. Used the resort because it was so close to Disney and after our stay, that is the only reason. The place had nothing to offer as far as "relaxing" by the pool or hanging out in the arcade......only had 3 games. The playground so to speak was roped off with a "caution" sign and have seen bigger ones in other peoples backyard. Would have liked to have seen more out of a timeshare.

The welcome letter sent before we arrived really worried me - full of all the things they DON'T have by way of amenities and facilities. We needed have worried - a huge well appointed three bedroom apartment ( we were upgraded), swimming pool ten yards from our patio door, very helpful staff. An excellent place to chill out after the theme parks, which only took 15 minutes to drive to. Did we miss laid on entertainment, or dvd players? Not for a second.

Our unit was awesome. I can't say anything about prices, because our stay here was a wedding gift along to go with our honeymoon. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. Our unit was very cozy, and kept up very nice. We were in a presidential suite, with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. I was a little skeptical at first. I grew up in Florida in the Orlando area, but had never been to Davenport. I was pleased when I arrived. I will say there isn't much to do for kids, but you're near Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. I'm sure those with kids are planning on going to these places. The resort is also near several restaurants and stores, so traveling isn't an issue. The suite comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful furniture. There is a pool, and it's pretty good size. There weren't a lot of people in it when we went, because it was early January, so I can't say how crowded it is during the summer season. As far as recommending, I would say it's nice for newlyweds, or couples. For kids, it's your call. We definitely had a wonderful stay here, and would use it again if we had the chance.
