Awful place. Wife had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the bathrooms and the B-B-Q.
Me and the kids had to pull foot high weeds from the paving at the pool. Pool chairs were foul with decayed food trapped in them. Pool table had a layer of slime on it and evidence of last guests food.
The entrance buiding is falling down with chunks of masonry on the road. We nearly got hit by a maintenance truck because the way in and way out are the same place. It is a disaster zone. We didn't chose to stop in this place, we were allocated on arrival. Tour operators just don't care what sort of hell they place you in, they just want the money.

Booked on a website which did not mention that the staff in the place are nasty. The house was ok but there were weeds at the pool and driveway and the carpet downstairs had lots of stains. When I reported this to the office person,I was expecting housekeeping to come and clean but instead an old woman appreared from a hallway in the office,acused me of lying and said I caused the mess because the house was perfect before we arrived. This was our fist day.
I complained to the English owner who was apologetic but said they can do nothing other than advise guests not to go to the office. Why then did the owner say there is on site staff in their advertising?
Asked for compensation,still waiting for a response.

Great house within a gated community in a convenient location. House was clean, pool was great. Kitchen was well equipped, no shortage of washrooms. Two king rooms, each with their own ensuite baths make this house ideal for sharing with more than one family. Located within 11/2 hours from each coast, 20-30 minutes from Disney, Universal, Airport, etc. Walmart, Target, and retaurants nearby.

I have stayed in many wonderful clean Villas in Florida, always booked with the owners.
This time we booked flights car and villa as a package and we were disappointed with the service and villa. The carpets all over the Villa looked like some one had a food fight, 10 inch weeds growing out of the patio, netting around pool torn letting in insects. sound system that was promised in details did not work and neither did many of the tvs in this 7 bedroom villa.
None of these problems ruined our holiday as we love Florida too much but the worst thing was the lack of care shown to us by the (Management team) we would never stay at 330 vistapark again as the Mangers have no idea about customer service.
Always book with the owners, they care about their villas and can not afford bad reviews,
