We booked a 3 night stay here after a 7 day stay at a timeshare resort. The 3 bedroom suite we got was very nice, felt like a higher end hotel as far as quality of furnishings, bedding, etc. People at the front desk were very helpful and it was not crowded, which was nice coming home from a crowded day at Disney. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when we were there, there was not Wi-Fi in the rooms, you had to go to the clubhouse. I think any resorts these days need to have that standard. We're going to Bahama Bay again this vacation.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights at this resort. I would recommend it to young people, the elderly, couples and even families. The resort itself is ideally located and close to attractions, theme parks, shopping centers, a large variety of great restaurants and golf courses. The heated swimming pools, fitness center and nature walks were things we took advantage of. Our suite (2201) was very well equipped including a toaster, coffee maker, blender etc and not to forget 3 TV’s (one in each of the 2 bedrooms + living room). This suite was not only very updated with nice new furniture, but most importantly was exceptionally clean. The staff was very nice and always readily available. Room service is also available. I can go on and on, but we simply had an amazing time and will be back to this place. Loved it!

We stayed here at Christmas its still as good as our last visits. In fact the front desk staff were even better than previous going out of there way to help you. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The only downside was we had excited kids above us and after suffering for a couple of days, explained the problem to the front desk. The jumping around seemed to subside after that. Oh well its Christmas and we did understand but be aware the noise resonates throughout the ceiling and is a nuisance. Other than that its a great place to stay within easy reach of everything including a Wall mart just 5 minutes up the road. The gated entrance with security is also reassuring. All in all a great place to stay and an enjoyable time

We stayed for a week before Christmas - Front desk was very accomodating - we didn't care for the building we were first booked into (too many stairs for my mother) They gave us a dozen different choices of other condo's too choose from. The pools (there are 4 of them and they were not crowded), a gym and grounds were always clean and had good walking trails - the condo was nicely furnished, clean with TV's in every room - We spotted a couple of large cockroaches but that's florida I guess. Security was very good and felt very safe here. Location is a little farther out from the theme parks but close to other stuff like airboat rides, boc garden, fishing and golfing and there are lots of stores and restaurants (be sure to try Mannies Chop House) within in 5 to 10 minute drive. You cannot walk to anything from here (its surrounded by housing sub-divisions and fields). It was a good value for a large family as there is no additional charge for up to 8 of us in the condo but remember with the mandatory cleaning fee of $65 per stay - it's probably not a good choice for a short stay but 3 nights or longer, it was fine - also remember no maid service - you wash your own towels (there were plenty of them in the condo) and buy your toilet paper if you run out, but the price and overall accommodations was well worth that inconvenience. We'll stay here again next time we come to this part of Florida.
