We just spend a week at the 4 bedrooms condo at 357 Cambria. Overall, we were pleased. The condo is nice, well furnished (diswasher, washer & dryer, complete kitchen, flat screen tv) and in working condition. Mattress in the master bedroom was new as stated and very comfortable. In the kids room and in the Queen size bed on the main floor, mattresses weren't as comfortable and would need an update. Phone line wasn't working, but the resort was looking into it. Plus... we saw bugs during our stay that looked like cockroaches (5 in total during the week). We told the front desk about it. Not being used to recognize these bugs, I've looked into it on the web and it was that indeed. I wasn't because it wasn't clean. Overall condo was pretty clean. Maybe because it was a humid and rainy week. The pool is awesome for kids. It is heated during winter (good when it's chilly outside!) and the water slide is great. We would go back, even with the bugs thing. I really think it was circumstancial.

The "condo's are dirty and furniture and fixtures are chipped and look like they came from a garage sale. Carpet is dirty, lights didn't work in our condo. We refused to stay there. They showed us 2 units and both were bad. Clubhouse and pool very nice but units were very disappointing. Tried to charge us for entire vacation and had to dispute it! Don't waste your time. Stay somewhere else. I did!!!

I was initially concerned about staying at this resort due the the conflicting and negative reviews, however, after researching extensively - particularily with Simon, we decided to take a chance. And the result ? This place was awesome ! Dealing with Simon was simple and very reassuring and Paypal allowed for easy tracking of payment as well being secure. Simon's unit was wonderful, clean and comfortable, with more room than we really needed. We were a very short walk to the pool (2 minutes? - just around the corner) - which is beautiful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river, waterslide and hot tub. The atmosphere was very tropical, with island style music playing - very relaxing! Check in was fast and easy (3-5 minutes), and any staff we dealt with (front desk, pool entrance, store) were very friendly and welcoming. The resort is close to everything - a grocery store & AMAZING pizza place on the corner, numerous restaurants and shops - Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, as well as the major Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, Seaworld) - all within 15 minutes or less. My only qualm is that we didn't have more than a week to spend there! We would not hesitate to recommend SIMON's units at Regal Palms to our friends and family - it was fantastic!

Greetings! I am completely shocked by the person who wrote how awful this place is. SHOCKED!! It is the person who wrote about the awful check in process, the "sauna" at the front desk area, the dirty carpets, how they got cut off the Internet after 20 minutes, etc. etc. HE or SHE must be insane. My husband and I and our three year daughter rented this unit for a month and have been COMPLETELY happy! Not just happy...we have been ECSTATIC!! We rented a three bedroom, 3 bathroom two story unit with a balcony and backyard. The unit was THOROUGHLY cleaned before we arrived to our complete satisfaction. The unit had a perfectly noiseless dishwasher, 3 plasma TV's, spotless sheets, washer and dryer, no noises of walking and talking people, beautifully clean windows, a backyard for our little girl, sparkling clean pool, a fun play area that our daughter loved, a stainless steel range and wonderful coffeepot. We stayed for three weeks at Oak Plantation "resort" in Kissimmee and this place is the Waldorf Astoria compared to that place!!!! But that is another story. We are trying to stay for another month, too, until our new home is completed. As a matter of fact, we have never stayed at a better place. I cannot imagine where the person who wrote the awful review was staying....is our unit the only good one??? I hardly think so. Also, the Internet is quick and the bathrooms were spotless!!!!! The condo has an island theme decor and it is very nice! The couch was wonderful! That's all for now! :)
