Condo was clean and quiet, everything was as advertised. We will be returning for sure!

The people working were nice but never followed through with any problems we had, dirty bathrooms, popcorn on the living room floor, kitchen floor dirty, dryer didn't work properly, no screen on patio door, could hardly open patio door. The condo itself was very, very nice, convenient to everything, they accomodated us with 2 rooms on the bottom floor (room 100 was the dirty one), it accomodated all of our family and nice the children had beds instead of the floor to sleep on.
An excellent value, just should have been cleaned and checked first before we arrived.

The place was fairly nice. It was about 7 miles from Disney World, but the drive was not bad at all. There were no restaurants in the immediate area, but there were several restaurants, grocery stores and souveneir shops within 3 or 4 miles.

The condo was clean - a big plus! It was also plenty spacious enough, and had nice big closets.

The only drawback was the sleeper sofa - don't plan on having anyone sleep on it! Ours was broken, and my children had to sleep on the floor a couple of nights, but management did swap out the sofa after that...

My wife, her mother, and I stayed at there last September. It was as advertised - 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. All dishes, silverware, pans, and small appliances are supplied.
There is a stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

This out west of Kissimmee, just past the exits for Disney, in a quiet area. There is grocery shopping nearby, which saves on your food bill.

Having rented sight unseen, we were pleasantly surprised at the layout and the privacy. My brother-in-law and his wife had a golf/hotel package closer to Orlando, and they were impressed with our accomodations.
