I always evaluate a hotel based on what it costs to me. This is an excellent valued hotel. I stayed there with my family for the holiday period 2011-12 when the hotel was completely occupied.
Before booking this hotel, i did read the reviews that always help me in selection and most of the reviews tell the story. Clean hotel, nice staff, very good breakfast, fresh looking room, comfortable queen size bed, ample parking, no problem with Wi-Fi, check-in/check-0ut were quick, newer microwave, frighe and TV etc etc etc... We are very much satisfied and will definitely consider it for our next trip to Orlando.
Some Info/Tips;
Time to Disney is 12-15 minutes
Time to Universal is 20-25 minutes
Time to Sea world 20 minutes
(But if you travel on peak hours, traffic will be slower and it will add to the above minutes,)

To go to the hotel:
Coming from Orlando, once you get out of I4 for US27 don't listen GPS as it confused me so it will to others too.
From I4 to US 27 south, Three lane existing to south. Once on 27S, come to the left lane that goes to I4E, at signal, U turn and after crossing the flyover just after gas station turn right. On the corner Holday Inn has a decent size sign. I asked Comfort Inn front desk to enlarge their sign too which is very small right now. From there direction is self directed.
To go to I4E from hotel, GPS directs to go to 27N (3 minutes extra) , don't listen. Come to 27 take right like you are going to 27N but after first signal go right (Burger king) and take uturn, take left for 27S, and then its self directed.
Seems complicated but one day you will learn, next day it will be easy.

Overall this hotel works well if you are going to be busy and not spending lots of time at the hotel. Newer property and clean, and good value for the money. Well located by the I-4 and US 27, but that means traffic noise, so not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

The breakfasts do the trick, but don't change at all. If you are from the west, be advised they close promptly at 0900 on weekdays (10 am on weekends), so early if you are on PST that first morning. Staff friendly, and 2 computers & printers that can be used, and free wi-fi in the rooms.

The pool is small, and very cool, so we didn't use it but were lucky to have access to my aunt & uncle's pool area at a nearby 55+ park. Very convenient to the newer Posner Park shopping complex which has some great shopping. On the US 27 and close by are a Waffle House, and Cracker Barrel to the north, and to the south a Sam Perkins and assorted other restaurants, as well as several gas stations before you jump onto the nearby ramps for the I-4 which is east to Disney and Universl, and west to the Tampa area.

For us the hotel came as part of our package with American Airlines Vacations, so as we didn't pay much for the hotel we feel it was more than fair, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel as had relatives nearby and were shopping and also seeing the attractios. Rooms all have good sized flat screens with good channel selection, and exercise room is sufficient.

We stayed here over the New Year's weekend, 2011-2012. it is a very comfortable and clean hotel, relatively new, It is only a 10-15 minute drive on I-4 to the Disney parks, our desitnation for this trip. (If you stay on 192, also called Irlo Bronson or on International Drive, it can sometimes take more than the 15 minutes due to lights and traffic)

The staff was very frinedly and helpful when we had a question. We slept in some mornings, and had no trouble getting towels at the front desk later.

Drawbacks: 1) The breakfast room is small and got very crowded, very quickly. We found it best to take a tray from our room and go back there and eat. (The food was good).

2) The elevator is v-e-r-y s-l-o-w. We got our exercise becsuse it was SO MUCH easier just to take the stairs than to wait for the slow, creaky elevator.

3) This is not an easy hotel to get into. Comming from Tampa, it is no problem, but coming from Orlando, you get off I-4, go back all the way as if you are getting back on I-4 to Orlando, then have to do a U-turn and drive back to the hotel. Also, to get out of the hotel and go to Orlando or Winter Haven (if you were going to Legoland), you MUST do a U-turn, but you can'd do one anywhere closae to the hotel. This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but when you are tired (like New Year's Eve at 2:30 am), you just want to get there and go to bed!

Good news! Turning right out of the hotel and going about a mile or less, there is a Cracker Barrell! Always a good place to eat.

We will stay there again.

Got a great deal on this hotel $35.00 a nite for 8 nites , my wife and I had a great stay , no down side i could find, it did get very busy toward the weekend .
