While a little taken aback by the fact that all rooms opened to the outside balconies, the room itself was up to Hampton Inn standards. Breakfast was good and the staff were delightfully helpful.

What a nice surprise! Hotel has been totally renovated with very appealing colors and fabrics. Several restarants and fast food nearby. EZ on and off I-10. I had Googled "pet friendly hotels in Crestivew, FL" and this property came up. However, it is NOT pet friendly6. But the good news is the front desk person had contacted her GM and gotten approval for me to stay there with my 14 pound dog. This was very pro-active and very impressive. taff was responsive and professional in all areas. Note: I am a meeting planner with 25 years of hotel experience.

I didn't check the reviews before I booked this hotel--and my bad night's sleep has taught me a lesson. I have business in Crestview and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on the same exit the first time, and I will return there for my next stay.

Okay, its semantics... hotel /motel.... to me, if the door to your room opens to the outside, its motel not a hotel. The room was okay, the breakfast area was small, but the staff was great. In addition to the door opening to the outside, there was no exercise room, and the walls are thin.
