This place is a converted, former Holiday Inn. In addition to being a hotel, it also houses a nightclub next to the check-in lobby (in same building). Poor grounds maintenance (uncut grass with large toadstool patches), room in disrepair (rust around door bathroom frame and sloppy ceiling repair job in bathroom over toilet), room dingy, general disrepair and/or broken pool furniture (no umbrellas on any table and one table with no glass top and rust), non-English speaking housekeeping staff, the list goes on.

This place is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed in a non smoking room, that stunk of I don't know what. The place has molded walls, and ceilings. It is a fire hazard as there are visible wires spliced together in an attempt to fix it on the cheap. From the floor to the ceiling was just plain gross! Don't believe the pictures they post on the internet, that is not what this hotel looks like. I can't believe that this place is not shut down for safety and health violations.

We got to the hotel at 4pm on Fri. We immediately were unhappy. Rooms were filthy, no refrigerator as advertised online, could NOT even get a light bulb. When we said we wanted our money back, was told we'd have to go through expedia, when we finally got ahold of expedia, they said we had to go through the hotel. The "badly dressed"girls at the front desk, couldn't make any decisions and for some reason could not get in touch with a manager or the owner....They were very contrary and basically kept us there to be able to keep a night's fee.....DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT come to the Quality Inn in Crestview,FL. Horrible service and their normal clientele carried a couple of cases of beer in their hands.

Internet did not work, burn holes in the sheets, human feces on the towels and they offered to move me to another room. After making a BIG stink I was refunded my money and I went elsewhere. I have slept in the desert under the constant threat of enemy fire and felt better there! Also the stink and musty smell of this hotel makes me beleive it is used for prostitution.

Pool is nice and in the end I was refunded my money.
