The service was very good, I booked a non-smoking, two double-beds room and unfortunately by the time I checked in, there was only one smoking room. The guy was nice enough to upgrade my room to one king, non-smoking. They let me check out an our later. The room was cleaner than I expected it to be. Very cozy and the bed was really comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints on this hotel/room. I searched everywhere for a hotel with good reviews and this was the only one I found that was decent enough, and I was not disappointed. Good choice.

I booked the room on-line. When I went to check in, they slipped an extra $50 to my bill. They corrected it when I gave them my confirmation number.

We stayed in room 321. There are the tops of palm trees right outside the window so we had privacy and plenty of sun. We stayed for a week and only saw one young cockroach in our room. The room was clean, nice, with granite countertops and a wood floor in the bathroom. The commode would gurgle when other guests flushed their toilets. We asked for an extra blanket for the bed but they didn't have any extra available. The room was quiet and the cleaning staff was friendly. The room lighting was dim. The shower was clean and the water temperature was steady. The bed was comfortable and they had a variety of pillows to choose from.

The outdoor pool area looked nice and we were told it was heated.

The hotel breakfast was well attended and is good if you eat only carbs. For protein there is a Denny's next door.

We found it odd that the hotel uses the 1st floor hallway in front of the elevator as a storage area. They store boxes and room cleaning carts there.

Overall I'd stay here again because it is very close to our relatives place.

Booked two nights. Room stunk like cigarettes (and we requetest non-smoking) and even worse, everything smelled like wet dog. We checked out early the following morning after one night.

I have to travel to coral springs regularly for business and I always stay at La Quinta on University Drive South. There is another La Quinta down the street but this is a better location. It is clean, The beds are very comfortable, the staff is friendly and there is a fridge and microwave in every room. You can't beat this hotel for the money for business or pleasure. They do have a little free breakfast in the am. Nothing fancy but sufficient.
