i went to the hotel for a business trip and beforehand had read the reviws on tripadvisor about noise at the hotel.

i think that the hotel have worked on the issue of the noisy kids who are there for sporting events. this seems to be a weekend issue as during our stay a gymnastic event was occouring in the area. the hotel organised a special room for the athletes to use and there were no noise problems (life would be easier if parents took responsiblilty for thier childrens actions).

For the rest the hotel staff were excellent in all areas, the restaurant is good and the overall facilities top class.

This was a repeat trip to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, check-in is smooth and fast, parking is ample. The lobby cocktail lounge is welcoming, with fine service and comfortable seating. The restaurant overlooking the golf course is a good choice for breakfast, although we did not have the opportunity to try it for dinner. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens.

This Marriott is a lovely property with easy access to highways and within easy walking distance of a strip mall with a grocery store, a Dunkin Donuts and a bagel shop.The rooms are nice and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and good with directions. However, the concierges, while friendly, were not especially helpful. I picked up several brochures of local companies and asked for help choosing a nearby airboat company. She replied she always goes to Miami, which didn't really help much as we were not interested in traveling that far. The workout room was small but sufficient, and the pool was heated and warm.

Just a word of caution regarding your personal items and clothing, please secure your luggage when leaving your room. Sometimes you never realized that your items are missing until returning home and you have no claim once checked out from the hotel.
