There is no doorman and it's hard to find the front desk. You have to circle the hotel to find parking in one of the reserved spots, but it's hard to figure out where those spots are.

The elevator looked like it was going to break down.

The room was terrible. It wasn't dirty, but certainly not clean. The TV was the size of the TV in my bathroom at home. There were three meals available for room service. I tried one of them - it came 30 minutes late, served in a brown paper bag. It was terrible. So very terrible. Beyond terrible.

The thermostat did nothing to control the AC. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night because it was so cold.

There was no high speed internet access.

The iron looked like it was from the mid 70's.

The bathtub was grimy.

The hotel staff was smug.

The location was poor.

This is far from a classy hotel.
