A world-class hotel in Coral Gables. The way 5-Star hotels used to be.

If you like old historic hotels, you will enjoy it here.There is a huge pool, golf and a couple of dining options at the Hotel. The service was very good and friendly. On the other hand, our room (a suite) was large but the furnishings were a little bland and the bahroom could use some updating. I would definately return though if I am in Coral Gables again.

Stayed here on and off over the past 10 years probably 6 or 8 times. I was in town on business in January and stayed here.

This is one of the iconic old hotels in the United States. No lines, or usual crap you put up with in a tourist hotel. The rooms, grounds and setting are a step back in time and luxury. The fact that you can park your own car and not get gouged $30 or so for valet is another plus.

When in Coral Gables, stay here.

The Biltmore in Coral Gables is the most beautiful hotel I have every visited. The vision of George Merrick in 1925 is still felt when walking around every corner of this magnificent American treasure that has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur. I visited alone because a friend had to cancel her trip, but ended up having a wonderful time. The staff was so kind and attentive to me, including those poolside: Mitchell, Gunther, Jorge and Matthew; the spa where I enjoyed the best facial ever and a terrific massage; the 19th Hole Restaurant which was virtually my own at 7 am in the morning!! I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who likes history, friendly and attentive service, great food, elegant and classy clientele. I will return!
